Awesome experience here at Steve Jones, Robby was very patient. He was great, very attention detailed, and courteous. I had already purchased a vehicle recently, but my next purchase will definitely be from Steve Jones.
Don't believe a thing these crooks say. They did a special event in Marion, Arkansas. We told them up front that we were just looking at the moment because we still owed a few months on a current vehicle. We told them my wife was trying to figure out what vehicle she would want to get and the price range since we had a little time to research options. They asked if we would consider a purchase that day if they paid off our current loan. We told them we would consider. So the salesman let her test drive some vehicles, checked our credit and we spent almost 3 hrs working on the vehicle and pricing we needed and they agreed repeatedly that the purchase of that vehicle would include them paying off our other loan. Months later, after numerous calls and them giving us the run around, they will not return any calls and refuse to pay off the loan. Leaving us with 2 notes to cover and almost bankrupted us. This was definitely a learning experience and I will never get burned that way again. I don't know how people like these even sleep at night knowing that their job is to lie and screw people over.
Great staff! They took me in as I was passing through town even though they had other vehicles to get to. The understanding of my situation (bad rotors, driving from NC to TX), they prioritized me and got be back on the road in less than 3 hours! Would recommend.
Worst experience of a lifetime. They come to these small towns and talk a good game!! You tell them what you want " we can make it happen"!! That's funny!!! We spent 6 hours there for them to tell us they can't pay the sales tax and NEVER got the payment where we wanted it!!! We leave and then the manager calls our house!!!! Says he will see if he can get what we want" NEVER CALLED BACK!!! FYI they stated it was illegal for them to pay our sales tax!!!!!!!!! It was a bad deal all the way around!!!!!! Then they were refusing to give us our key back to our trade in, when we backed out of the deal!!!! It was not only shady but creepy! Especially the salesman asking one of my friends on the lot looking at cars , where do they live! Will not even glance at a vehicle on Steve Jones parking lot ever again!! Let me add we walked away two times to get the payment just near what we wanted and the third time we walked it was for good!! These people should be shamed of how they do business!!!
I went there had 60,000. Dollars in my account that had a hold til The 6th they couldn't give me a truck I wanted to buy so went somewhere else that did they lost a sale
