Some of the staff are not very friendly and I wasted so much time to obtain the medicines.

Let me just say, unless you know exactly what your problem is and what you need for it go somewhere else than here. I only go to get asthma refills. But they've seen my wife twice now who's had a bad cough for 8 weeks and this time the call it hay fever, when it looks more like walking pneumonia. Whoever was the doctor there has a MD worth only toilet paper. Oh, and the wait times are anything but short. Last time I was there, I waited nearly 2 hours to be seen, and I was one of the first ones there.
