The only chain hotel in Wynne. Stayed there twice and not a complaint to be had. The location is perfect if you will be in Wynne and the beds are very comfortable.
Fair, not what I expected, dirty rag left in bathroom, bedside light didn't work! Bed uncomfortable, no elevator to second floor! Breakfast was so so! Carpets stained and ragged!
Just stayed again my rating will now be zero! How dare you charge me $95.00 For one bed after the website said 70 and charge me $250.00 for smoking when we stood outside to do so in the freezing weather!!! I want these charges reversed. I have stayed here several times this year, put up with LOUD guests but the staff is friendly, so I put up with it. Then you do this. Well, the coming year, when I'm coming thru you just lost at least 6 nights of bookings!
