They are professional and great at communication which is very important when you need transportation. Excellent all around.
been trying to get paid since October, 3 different times they told me that the check will go out tomorrow, nothing yet, and they dont answer their phone now.
I have been trying to collect from them since August. There phone now goes to voicemail that has not been set up!!! They have given me a check number many times and the last person told me he put the check in the mail. It must have been there internal mail not the US mail. I would never that a load from them again!!!!!! I hope they feel good about keeping our $650.00!!!!
So unprofessional people. Never ever book load with them. Did big load for the in January , still not paid . Been told that check was in the mail, have check number , never received it . No one answers the phone for last a month or so. No answers on email either.
$650 down the drain. 90 days , still no payment. Phone disconnected.
