I am a customer of Caldwell HME and I can not begin to express how kind, understanding, and even generous the staff and the company are. I am thoroughly please with the services they have offered to me. They are very laid back and I will always tell people that Caldwell is the ONLY way to go for HME or anything else.

Excellent customer service. I stumbled in there for a speciality drug that my regular pharmacy doesn't carry. I think I'll change all my prescriptions here!
Friendly staff and great personal service
My pharmacy choice, hands down!! Very knowledgeable staff of pharmacist, great clerks and fast!! The longest wait time I ever had, wasn't long enough to view all the goodies (great perfume selection and lots of cute gift items too) the in-store shop has!! There's a large selection of home health aids and otc medicines. I noticed an area with shoes, I'm assuming for specialty footwear. I love how the staff treats you like they have known you all your life! This pharmacy has a small town, homey feel, right down to their precious red and white striped bags, comfy wait area and warm 'how can I help you' as you walk up to counter. Not many places like this anymore.
