The pharmacy staff is exceptional. They go above and beyond their job requirements and make it a point to learn their customers name. It's nice to know that you are cared for not only as a customer, but a person. They are an asset to Wal-Mart.
My prescription had been faxed from another pharmacy that did not carry diabetic supplies. I went to the pharmacy, gave them my information, then shopped. Went back to the pharmacy and was told it would be ready in a few minutes. While I was waiting I started to get a migraine and could not think straight. They told me they were having trouble getting the right code for insurance. I asked again. The woman told me I could either wait or pay for the meter and strips. Last straw. Got meter and strips and had my husband check out while I went to truck. All I could to not sry over the experience.
